Strathroy Jets hockey team raises $30,960

What a season. What a community.
In just 10 home games, the Strathroy Jets family helped raise and donate an incredible $30,960 to local families and organizations. Here is a recap of what we were able to accomplish together with our fans for the town of Strathroy.

$10,555 to Community Over Cancer
$10,800 to local families
$5,525 to the Canadian Mental Health Association
$3,830 to Strathroy District Minor Hockey Association
$250 + food donations to the Lions Club
Food & Toy Drive for the Women’s Rural Resource Centre

Strathroy Lions Club Celebrate the Joy of Christmas

With the joy of Christmas giving the Strathroy Lions Club enjoy celebrating with Local Seniors. Strathmere Lodge were the recipients of many boxes of special donuts, Christmas cards and Poinsettia. This is an annual project for the Strathroy Lions Club.

With the joy of Christmas giving the Strathroy Lions Club enjoy celebrating with Local Seniors. Sprucedale Care Centre received special individual gift bags, Christmas Cards and Poinsettia. This is an annual project for the Strathroy Lions Club.

Caradoc Legion Branch 251 Donates $2,000 to Strathroy Hospice

The cheque presentation took place Oct. 14, 2025, at Caradoc Legion Branch 251. In support of its mission to deliver compassionate end-of-life palliative care to residents of Strathroy-Caradoc, Middlesex County, Lambton County, and surrounding areas. This contribution reflects the Legion’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting local organizations that provide comfort, dignity, and care to individuals and their families during life’s most challenging moments.
